Caroline has been passionate about swimming since she was eight years old and has been helping develop young swimmers as a Junior Coach with Just Swim for the past three years. She began competitive swimming with a Charlotte summer league team and continued her swimming career as a member of the Palisades High School Varsity Swim Team, where she proudly served as team captain for two years.

During the school year, Caroline works as a swim instructor, teaching swimmers of all ages and skill levels. She enjoys building confidence in the water and finds the greatest reward in watching her students grow, achieve their goals, and celebrate their successes.

Caroline is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at UNC Charlotte, where she is actively involved in Future Leaders of Accounting and Women in Business. She brings leadership, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for teaching to every practice, making her a positive role model for the swimmers she coaches.
