Summer Swim Registration COMING SOON
Just Swim’s programs are designed as a progressive journey, guiding swimmers from their first splashes to competitive mastery. By bridging the gap between water safety and advanced technical training, we provide a clear, structured pathway that grows with each swimmer’s skills and goals.
The foundation of every great swimmer starts here. Offered each spring & early summer, our individual and small group lessons focus on water safety, comfort, and the fundamental skills needed to transition from the steps to the deep end.
It’s about more than just technique; it’s about building a fearless relationship with the water.
Requirements: Ages 4-18
Beginner 1 - Learn to Swim
One to One Swim Lessons
Perfect for first-time swimmers and those still developing basic water comfort. Beginner 1 introduces swimmers to the water, builds confidence, water safety and and teaches essential foundational skills.
Beginner 2 - Independent Swimmer
Small Group Lessons
Swimmers are able to swim ONE length of the pool (25 yrds) unassisted - any stroke - on their own without physical assistance from a person or a flotation device. Beginner 2 swimmers should be water safe.
Stroke Development is the next step after Learn to Swim; designed to build technique, confidence, and endurance in a small group setting. Just Swim's Stroke Development program bridges the gap between learning to swim and swimming with purpose.
Requirements: Ages 8-16 that can swim 2 laps of the pool (any stroke) continuously and unassisted.
Participants need to bring goggles and swim fins every session.
Intermediate 1 - Stroke Mechanics
Introduces proper stroke mechanics and builds technical foundation. Designed for swimmers who can already swim TWO unassisted lengths of the pool (50 yds) by any stroke and are ready to begin basic stroke mechanics of each of the four strokes.
Intermediate 2 - Stroke Technique
For swimmers ready for more detailed technique training and improved stamina. Designed for swimmers ready to refine technique, build strength and stamina, and receive comprehensive instruction across all four strokes.
Designed for the swimmer looking to find their edge, our competitive programs dive deep into the technical fine tuning of all four competitive strokes, starts, and turns. Led by our expert Coaches & Instructors, these sessions are the key to dropping time and mastering efficiency.
Requirements: Ages 13-18 that have the technical skills and endurance to complete a 200IM.
Participants need to bring goggles and swim fins every session.
Master the mechanics of your swim and elevate your competitive edge. The Technical & Training Series is a highly structured, intentional program dedicated entirely to advanced technique refinement and performance gains. By isolating specific movements and focusing on technical precision, these weekly sessions break down each stroke to eliminate drag, increase efficiency, and turn minor adjustments into major breakthroughs.
This level is best suited for swimmers with strong foundational technique who possess the focus and maturity to thrive in a demanding, two-hour training environment. Operating on a stroke-specific format, our coaches dive deep into the fine technical details that make a real difference on race day—including advanced starts, turns, and underwater transitions. Because at this level, details matter. Each session seamlessly combines deck instruction, ongoing video review, and rigorous in-water training to build elite technique, providing the ultimate environment for athletes to maximize their competitive potential.
Our Summer Program is designed for swimmers who want to continue developing after the summer league season ends, as well as swimmers who may not have had the opportunity to fully participate during the regular season.
This program will run through July and the first two weeks of August at Palisades High School and will be structured similarly to a swim team practice environment, without league competition or meet commitments. Swimmers will continue building endurance, stroke technique, starts, turns, underwaters, confidence, and overall swimming performance in a supportive and energetic team atmosphere.
The Summer Program is a great fit for:
• Swimmers wanting to continue training after the summer season
• Swimmers preparing for future swim team participation
• Athletes looking to improve technique and conditioning
• Families wanting additional structured swim opportunities during the summer
• Swimmers who joined late or want more time to grow in the water
Practices will focus on skill development, progression, teamwork, and maintaining a fun and positive swim environment while helping swimmers continue improving throughout the summer.
